Pros

-Good work/life balance -Great people -Social aspects -Some scope for freedom in work, use the devices/tools you prefer

Cons

-Constant cutbacks in people and resources -Inept management -Lack of direction and focus from the business -'Who shouts loudest' culture, people tend to get what they want by making the most noise -Lots of internal politics and clashing -No promotion prospects... unless you've been here 8 years

Pros

The culture at the 'shop floor' level is great. People are very sociable and willing to help each other out.

Cons

There is no leadership from the CEO or senior management. The company is obviously facing some hard times at the moment; the CEO and senior management team has no strategy for this. If you work hard, you will not get any credit. If you have a good idea for improving the business, you will not be listened to. Most employees are coasting at the moment, either waiting for a redundancy payment, a new job or the inevitable collapse of the company.

Pros

The people are what make Vibrant. It is like a family which you chose to join. Everyone is in for Vibrant to succeed and you get that sense of wanting to take on the world. If you work hard, you get noticed. If you socialize, are friendly and make an effort with people, you get noticed. You need to be a part of the team as it is all about working together and creating a positive work environment. You basically get what you put in. It's not a place for people who just want a job, it is a place to go for a career.

Cons

No summer fridays however you can join wine club on the terrace. The industry is a tough one. You have to stand out in sales and be much more consultative. Vibrant's solutions are a much easier sell though than some of the standard formats you see around. You can get the opportunity to be creative and work on some really big RFPs.
