Pros

The only pro is that I do not work at this dump any more

Cons

Management will use and abuse you to the point you will have no life. The company management style to to beet you down for as long as possible, inform you that you are not acquitted, through you at irate customer a cannon folly, and expect you to work 12 hours day for below standard salary. My advice, avoid this company like the plague.

Pros

Great company that provides excellent opportunities to learn no technologies. Expected to have passion for technology. Provides an amazing lab/sandbox to learn. Very embracing and supportive of formal training and certifications.

Cons

Expected to be learning new technology when you are not being billed. Bonuses are based on utilization. If you are not highly utilized you will not receive a bonus.
