Pros

Great collaborative environment for technical people. Very wide breadth of work that would not be possible working at one customer. Great collaborative support team behind you. Also very progressive with formal training and certification.

Cons

Hard working atmosphere. Times when I am out in the field for weeks straight but that is what I am paid to do.

Pros

- Sales team is a good group. - Subject Matter Experts are another good group. - Most employees are nice.

Cons

- Family power struggles. - CEO and family flaunt wealth in their employees faces and are not known for their generosity. - CEO is without class, often announcing he pays for events out of his own pocket to the attendees of the events. - Many employees spend their days surfing FB and YouTube while collecting paychecks, while other employees carry the burden and are given ultimatums about their positions. - No annual bonuses for regular (non-sales) employees. - Meh benefits package (many opt to go with their spouse's plan because the benefits here are bare bones). - Family doesn't really care about employees and CEO has been overheard saying as much.

Great technical people, great management, fun place to work..... As far as work goes. Listens well to the needs of their employees.

Cons

Hard driving culture.... Must keep up with everyone to remain Competetive.
