Pros

Strong management and technical team. Given everything necessary to be successful. Management challenges people to be their best. Great family atmosphere with many high quality people.

Cons

Strongly focused on IBM and VMware business. Not as open as I would like them to be with other vendors.

Pros

The potential to be make a difference in a small company environment was the reason I took the job. They also seemed interested in pursuing entrepreneurial ideas.

Cons

Other than two to three team leaders, Senior management were not willing to invest in quality technical service resources, or to replace the ones that frequently left for greener pastures. More than anything, the owning family is very insular and interested in nothing but short term gains.

Complete respect for all employees. Strong leadership. Very good reputation in the industry. on top of all leading industry trends.

Cons

You will work very hard but will be given the opportunity to earn some very good money. Sometimes the drive hard atmosphere can be tiring.
