-Sometimes you have to come in as early as 3:00 AM -Getting paid every two weeks (avg. check $270) -They make you feel bad when you can't come in, although your constantly working your butt of to help the company meet goals, and growth. -You're doing a lot of work but the pay doesn't really reflect it. Stockroom/Backroom/Merch. Flow employees are the ones everyone forgets about but they do most of the work for example they process all merchandise, push all merchandise, they act as sales support which is helping customers and passing them off to other associates, sometimes they have us ring on the cash register, take out trash and clean the restrooms! While the sales associates are just working on the sales floor with the opportunity to make commission on top of their sales. The sales associates are constantly recognized while those in the back do an extreme amount of work with no recognition. The back room is almost treated lower then the other employees.
