Pros

Flexible work time as long as you hit your minimum hours, so there is work life balance. Hands on help with co-workers and team leads any time you need it. Constant employee gratis to try out new products every few weeks. Most of the customers are actually really sweet, and you get to shop with people. The talkative old ladies are my favorites!

Cons

The rude customers that treat you like dirt. A lot of customer just want to take advantage for free gift cards and coupons without returning products. So many claims of "defective" items without proof of purchase! Pay for this could also be better, $15/hr isn't great when you get yelled at for small things

Pros

There were no pros unless you consider the discount.

Cons

Started off as seasonal and then was kept as part time. Pay was very low and only real benefit was the gratis (discounts on merchandise). Other than that, work environment was very demanding and was micromanaged. This was at the meadows mall location. Hours were also very scarce. You could go from working 30 hours to working only 4 hours in a week.
