Pros

IT was a fun environment and they teach you good service skills. They also had good monthly freebies of new things coming out which was nice.

Cons

Could be tough with some odd hours you have to work. You can sometimes request to not work the closing shifts, but you typically have to work some. It was a little rough not having an exact leave time for closing because you left when it was fully clean and not the estimated time.
