Pros

The cubicles are often next to windows.

Cons

Interesting study in a snarling batch of lady-hyenas. The visual here is a writhing mass of panting teeth and matted, bloody fur lurking at ends of carpeted corporate hallways lined with boudoir photography. Sniffing and circling any sense of feeble prey before group-pounce flesh ripping. And then it might be time for a salad (w/the dressing on the side of course) Woman can be so much worse then men, I have realized that unfortunate fact working for a company whose perception is to celebrate the feminine but in fact, is a moniker for weakness; woman should luxuriate in their ‘sexy little things’ (prey) and embrace their ‘femininity’ (weakness). In conclusion: "I see you fall sister, do I help you? No, I step on your stupid face, why? because you remind me how far we haven't come..."

Pros

Good pay and benefits if you could stand the environment. Some smart people scattered throughout the organization. Most of the good people do not stay though.

Cons

CEO has no idea what she is doing. No digital, ecommerce, direct experience. Plus not that bright or interested in anyone except herself. Has a horrible reputation in the industry - why the brand hired her is a complete mystery.

Pros

Benefits-401k, tuition reimbursement, generous adoption benefits, same sex healthcare benefits. Friendly Co-workers Flexible Scheduling during low season Empowerment in resolving Customer Issues to a degree Generous Employee Discounts for numerous Companies Community Involvement in Volunteer Projects Brand Recognition Diverse Workplace

Cons

High Turnover Rate Mid Level Management often do not have the qualifications to effectively manage their employees Favoritism Treated like Children by Management Held to an unfair standard of metrics that are used to determine job performance. Low starting wage Poor Work/Life balance Mandatory Overtime during peak season Poor treatment from the customers with little or no intervention from Supervisors The Company expects us to assume "positive intent" with our customers; but they are quick to assume the worst with their employees. Poor morale amongst fellow employees. Lack of honest communication from the leaders.
