Pros

-compared to other retail stores, the pay is great -they give recognition to employees who are doing a good job -they keep you informed of what’s happening next (new styles, offers, etc) -great perks: discounts and free items

Cons

-there are lots of managers, and each one of them has a different way of running things. This creates a lot of confusion and it can be very frustrating.
