Pros

Great discounts, management is fair and supportive of their staff. Learned valuable customer service skills. My co-workers and I take pride in where we work.

Cons

Not much room for advancement within my store and district. Everyone that is not a manager only works part-time with limited hours and no benefits.

Pros

I love working at Victoria' s Secret, the management team is fantastic, and truly care about their associates. If a management team seems unfair, its always good to realize that there is a lot going of stuff management cannot discuss with associates. As a company they are super understanding about taking time of, and having a good balance between work and life.

Cons

The only thing I have to think of is that they do not necessarily pay as much as some other retail stores do.
