Pros

There are various discounts and promotions to take advantage of. For anyone with good customer service experience and like interacting with other people. Working for the sexiest brand on Earth.

Cons

The hours are inconsistent based on availability. The starting pay does not seem to pay the bills. Management is very secretive toward associates in terms of their practices. The turnaround rate is usually around 6-8 months. Limited opportunities for advancement. Sales Leads pressure associates to sell (i.e. merchandise, credit card, etc.), yet associates don't reap the benefits of making sales plan. There can be a lot of favoritism form management in the larger stores. Discussing pay is frowned upon.

On a scale of 1-10 I would rate my experience a 7.5, communication and appreciation seem to be challenging.

Pros

Opportunity for advancement is there if you are willing to work hard for it. It is a wonderful place to work if you enjoy helping women feel better about themselves although sometimes the clientele can be very challenging.

Cons

Communication from upper management to sales level could improve, pressure to "sell" credit is discouraging at the sales lead and sales associate level. Customer service is not the priority, sales and credit sales are.
