Pros

The people who work at Victoria's Secret are all really nice and fun people that make work enjoyable. There is also the benefit of an employee discount which is always nice!

Cons

The company expects a lot out of the employees and stores every day. Managers are often stressed as the period comes to a close and we have not yet reached our expected sales for the day.

Pros

Everything is different everyday! Friendly co workers- fun fit meetings, glamourous setting, love being able to communicate with different departments!

Cons

management played favorites- some people were treated differently than others based on how well they were liked and if they were friends or not
