Pros

great customer service work ethics, love the brand and all the products, great discount, and company usually allows associates to try some new introductory items for free or at a discounted rate

Cons

I haven't really run into any problems since I began working with the company. Keep in mind it's retail so you have to stay flexible and you may not always be able to get the days you would like off.

Pros

Discounts and free products (30% at VS, 20% at White Barn and Bath and Body Works) Fun environment. Great product. Hours based on performance.

Cons

Not very flexible, even with school. Pay isn't based on experience, raises were minimal. Online scheduling system is terrible. Working with 20+ girls that are all fairly young, tends to be a lot of drama even in mgmt.

Pros

I have met some of the most amazing people in my co-workers. The stuck up snot girls tend not to last long, so don't worry about working with them. I got a ton of great feedback from managers about my work. You can really feel proud of your work when you get an appreciative customer. When a new bra or fragrance is launched you often recive it gratis or deeply discounted so you can offer personal testimony about it. Merchandise is constantly changing so you don't get too bored with it.

Cons

You can be underappreciated by customers. Customers can be VERY rude about the return policy. Handling unhygenic and gross returns. The company itself kind of brainwashes employees, makes you sign things stating you will not discuss your job online, Distric and Regional Managers can be be VERY rude. The company is VERY money hungry. You can be worked for 39 hours, and thn cut for the week so that you do not go above 40 hours (which would be full time status), they rarely hire full-time employees because that would involve paying more and providing more benifits. They will and have cut full-time employee benifits. Work long hours. There is a TON of pressure to sign customers up for the in-store credit-card, and if you are unable to sign up enough customers your hours WILL be cut. Do not get your discount on merchandise that is already discounted or part of a promotion (like 5 for $25 panties).
