Pros

Remote work and a brand name are a plus

Cons

Working for a publicly traded company often means there's top down pressures. Especially at this failing company. Surprising to see so many adults who yell at each other. I didn't think that was a thing anymore but it is at VS. Everyone is aware there is not much upward mobility yet many continue to work like crazy because they drink the cool aid.

Pros

None at all. Maybe big campus with free coffee.

Cons

I had a highly negative experience at this company due to poor management and toxic leadership. The leaders here show little to no interest in employee growth or development. There’s no support or encouragement for personal or professional advancement. They also constantly disrespect everyone's time, consistently arriving late to meetings without any accountability. To make matters worse, the company severely lacks diversity and inclusivity, despite their claims otherwise. It feels like there’s no effort to foster an open or welcoming environment for different perspectives or backgrounds. Overall, this company needs a serious overhaul in leadership and culture to truly value its employees and embrace diversity. I would not recommend working here.

Pros

Benefits, gratis, great team for the most part, being able to help customers find what they are looking for.

Cons

DEI is everything as a value is a joke. This company does not treat everyone equally when it comes to our policies. Store managers can basically do what ever they want and get away with it. When concerns are brought up through the hotlines the issue is turned around against the employees who made the concerns. As leaders we try and give so much of ourselves to the company and the team with very little support in return from our store and district manager.
