Pros

The money and benefits were good.

Cons

There are way too many meetings. One time I counted and 20 out of 40 hour work weeks were spent in meetings. These meetings can be all day and you barely have any input. You are expected to multitask and stay on top of all of your things whilst being tuned in and it is just unrealistic. They also have massive lay offs at least 2x a year and sometimes people get let go on maternity leave or shortly thereafter returning smh. Run!!!

Treated like a dog

Pros

It has good benefits like health, dental, and vision insurance. It has a good retirement plan.

Cons

Managers and supervisors treat you like a dog to kick around. I have been told to personally antagonize associates because my supervisor didn't like them. Every supervisor does this. Managers do nothing to help and there might as well be no HR department. They all stick together and bully the associates they don't like, and are thicker than theives and will lie to protect each other. Nothing is confidential. Suoervisors belittle you in front of others and talk about you derogatory to othwr associates. Favoritism is blatant. If you go to HR it gets on the floor you went because even that is nit confidential. The culture and climate is extremely toxic. Leaderships favorites pretty much run the place. Supervisors are underhanded and shady and plot ways to terminate anyone that they don't like or may "rock the boat." The company works you like a dog, expects you to be available around the clock 7 days a week with little pay compensation. There is absolutely nobwork/life balance so dont't have a family or children, they won't work with you at all. Many of the good benefits went away when the company split from Bath and Body Works. They pretty much make up rules as they go along to whatever benefits them at the moment. Associates are not supplied a handbook of rules and are simply just notified of new ways of doing things or new rules and changes to rules verbally. They don't even let you make a copy of the supervisors start up notes about any of the changes - that's a big no no. Rules or practices aren't applied fairly.
