• AI generated scheduling. In April 2026, the company reset all religious accommodations and schedule restrictions accords the entire company of reps. My schedule restriction was from a written hiring condition agreement as I explained I couldn’t work here if I had to work on certain days of the week due to having multiple jobs and family obligations. I presented this to management as was told “tough luck, join the line”.
• AI-powered cameras; there’s new cameras that track whether or not you’re doing every single aspect of your job. Offering 10 accessories, showing 5 live, and demoing 3 products like speakers, iPads and watches. The camera triggers an email alert if you’re in the bathroom for more than 5 minutes, or if you step outside to take a phone call for more than 5 minutes and forget to clock out even if there’s no customers in the store. Every single aspect of the job is micromanaged. They track your time punches and location by using an app on your phone that requires Location Permissions Always On
• The CEO Rich Balot sends emails talking about how many people he had to fire due to integrity issues, then insists he has an open door policy. However, my emails expressing my concern over the multiple incidents of being scammed from bonuses and accelerators due to faulty metric reports went unanswered. I have a feeling it’s a no-reply inbox.
