      I am very happy to work for this company. They really put effort in to making the work environment not only fun, but challenging!

      Cons

      Great overall. Sometimes quick to make decisions but that is more in the past. They have really strived to think more through decisions and changes. It shows!

      It's a lot of fun, the leadership is great, they have great benefits, lots of spiffs and contest with huge prizes, the pay is good but that all depends on you (commission sales)

      Cons

      It's sales you have your good days and your not so good days and it's retail so holidays and weekend work is required but we get off Easter Thanksgiving and Christmas

      I Love working for A Wireless!!!

      Pros

      A Wireless offers great incentives and spiffs. Every month there is a contest where the store leaders get a chance to win some great prizes. Last month I won a $1, 200 computer!!! We really have a lot of fun at work and have monthly events to share that fun with our customers. We have stores all over the US so traveling is definitely an option. I have worked in 3 states already and plan to transfer again next opportunity i get. The spiffs offered are a great way to produce more sales and more sales makes us more money. We DON'T HAVE CHARGEBACKS!!! Our CEO also visits each district every year to take the entire district out to dinner! I have been with this company over 2 years now and I've seen A Wireless grow and get better every year. I plan to be part of the A Wireless team for many years to come.

      Cons

      I wish we had a store in Southern California so I could transfer there. The company expands more every year so hopefully one day it will happen :)
