      absolutely none there is nothing pro about them

      Cons

      greedy owner, cheap pay, horrible commission, horrible system to work on, extremely poor management, they look for anything to fire you over, they never keep inventory so youcan actually make sales, greedy ceo, never come to check how stores are operating, worst so called "assessment" for new applicants ever!!! should i keep going???? because im pretty sure i can customers constantly walk out because of this companies policies

      Pros

      Its a minimum wage job that when they allow it you can make commissions. If you like high stress and unrealistic goals...this is the job for you.

      Cons

      Expectations along with pay structure change constantly. There is no trust or respect within the company. Upper management lies to suit their needs. Job is constantly threatened from all levels of management. Its a do this or else environment. No confidentiality....what is told to management or HR in confidence goes straight back to them. The company believes that they own you.

      Pros

      At first it seemed like an ideal place... A Wireless is a small company in it's infancy stages... however it lacks a true Moral & ethically thought process.

      Cons

      Retail hours, poor pay, no appreciation, 16 different District Leaders/ Managers in one year. How can you develop a team and or leadership??? They talk a great talk, however don't practice what they preach. They manage out of fear, and if you have something to say about the company and it's not positive your fired.... Stop using people and discarding them when you think they might not be the right fit...
