Pros

Ability to create what hours you want to work during the day

Cons

- Poor company culture - Unstable hours - company doesn't have a clear understanding of when/ how many clients will come in. Tools that are used to project this are unreliable. - High no show rate; providers aren't compensated for this time -Praises mental health but doesn't provide reasonable time off for full time employees - Unclear expectations -No trajectory for growth - Poor leadership & communication at the senior management level - Strict micromanagement - Providers are allotted a tight "budget" to prep, chart, and complete all other administrative tasks. Any time over will flag your timecard.

Pros

This company was awesome when I joined in 2020. As they got bigger and had to keep up with demand, things went downhill.

Cons

We eventually were told HOW to coach and had to stick to what they wanted, despite how we had been coaching with current clients or what the client actually needed. They get paid by the companies and don't care much for the people you coach. Not to mention the daily changes to the different rules, restrictions, and other minutiae we had to keep up with. They cut our pay by reducing sessions from 30 to 20 minutes and required more work for which we didn't get paid.

Pros

The mission to help members

Cons

Fast growth allowed for sacrifice to employees well being. Culture has moved to unpaid trainings and/or gatherings. Team leads are focused on benchmarks instead of employees. If you are one minute late in your documentation, you are given negative marks. If you don't use the correct "buzzword", you are given negative marks. Focus now is on productivity and how much money they can make. It started out great but now there is lack of transparency, dehumanize their employees and are cut throat.
