Pros

Some smart and caring people and that's about it.

Cons

Benefits? Terrible and shrinking. Pay? Also terrible. Strong leadership direction and focus on vision? Non-existent. Layoffs and Re-orgs? A regular occurrence. An unhealthy obsession with competitors leading to hastily thrown together products and messaging? A way of life. Senior leaders that hire friends and church acquaintances over qualified candidates? They've got 'em. An HR function that can't administer basic benefits effectively? You bet. Culture of management bullying, politics, and backstabbing to get ahead? Rampant.

Pros

Previously there had been flexibility, but that is getting to be less. Full time opportunity

Cons

*A third round of layoffs leaving the bare minimum of providers. *Back and forth about what the expectations are for a full time employee *Being told providers will need to be more efficient, but not providing the support needed *Only being paid for time that you speak to members and a very few meetings. Your time is not valuable so even if you are available for members, you may not get paid for that time. *For a health company, they do not value the mental and physical health of their employees. Minimal PTO and sick time, 5 floating holidays per year, you can't work on holidays without permission-you don't get paid if you don't take a floating holiday that the salaried employees don't work. You can't work more than 8 hours a day, but to actually log that many hours, you have to be available more than that. *Very strict with how you can coach. *lack of transparency from upper management *If you are seeing positive reviews, those are likely from upper management to round out the numbers. *no pay raises for 2 years *many benefits taken away
