As you would know, we have consolidated the office locations into one central office in downtown San Francisco so there is a much more cohesive work environment. We’ve improved our benefits massively which has resulted in 100% cost coverage for employee health insurance in addition to the introduction of a 401K plan. As we continue to grow, we will strive to expand and enrich our employee benefits.
