      Pros

      People at Vida care, and show it. You'll feel like a valued human being at the company and never "just a number". Vida has succeeded in attracting and employing people who are genuine, pretty laid back and still very capable of getting the job done!

      Classic start-up growing pains: lack of structure and ambiguous goals, etc.

      Pay is pretty bad Micromanaging and no clear direction Middle management in coaching department feels like a sorority level of maturity

      Pros

      Positive mission, combination of mental and physical health services makes for a great product.

      Cons

      Disorganized, lack of communication between teams, mismanagement, very little training for new SDRs. The industry is seasonal and the value proposition is weak. Quota is unrealistic with no adjustments in sight.
