Good pay, remote, great communication practice, good learning experience, efficient meetings, meaningful work, knowledgeable staff, clear expectations, no commitments outside of scheduled shift time. Great job for a working student, I learned a ton in this role. Would definitely recommend, overall,

Cons

Lacks upward mobility, expectations change frequently, contract extensions are short, making it a competitive environment. Job itself is pretty tiring since it's very customer service-based, unless you're a major "people person".
