      No company is perfect, neither is Vida. But if what you’re looking for is working with a talented group of individuals attempting to solve a meaningful societal problem, Vida could be a place for you. The company is led by the founder who’s a serial entrepreneur but also has a tech exec experience, so the management is mature and put a lot of attention to culture and infrastructure, while being empathetic and considerate to the well being of team members.

      Priorities can change at times. Cross-functional collaboration often needs to adapt to the pace of company growth. Typical growing pains that early stage companies are trying to solve.

      Quickly growing tech start up company. Lots of opportunity for professional growth and advancement. Fantastic culture. This is a good environment for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
