      Vida has an excellent company culture. It is innovative, allows for creativity, and is never dull! I really enjoy my job and coming to work.

      If you don't like change, you may not do well here. Healthcare is a fast-moving field and we need to keep up!

      Pros

      Vida Health has had tremendous growth this year. Over 1,000 Registered Dietitians, Health Coaches & Therapists (English & Spanish speaking). When I first got the job, it seemed too good to be true. It was a breath of fresh air to work for Vida. Everyone was so pleasant. They treat their employees so professionally. Providers are given great deal of autonomy. They truly take into consideration employee feedback. I have such a deep respect for Vida & all that they represent - their mission statement, values, & philosophy. 1 year later, I am still pinching myself for this amazing work from home blessing & still have only glowing remarks. Vida Health is a wonderful place to work.

      Cons

      I am a contract RD & if you are looking for a job with full time benefits, this is not offered at the present time.
