      Pros

      Besides the initial point of being totally remote (which is huge during this time!), I have seen such willingness to include the direct-care folks in on what's going on at HQ, and HQ being very spot-on in validating, and compensating with perks, the direct-care staff, and adm staff, and support staff!

      Cons

      With an innovative company, you have to be willing to let go of the old bureaucracy's way of thinking and its "stability". (The old companies weren't really that stable anyway!)

      Pros

      As said in the headline, I have noticed that the company promotes the health of their employees and takes strides to do so. For full time employees there are a lot of perks to help with this. I think that the supervisors have a clear idea of who would like to apply for their company and make adjustments for it. As in, if the employee is a contractor there is an understanding that it can be a 'side hustle' and not their primary employment.

      Cons

      As any company, there is often a lot of change and sometimes it doesn't always trickle down right away.

      Keep us the employees always in the loop of whats happening Great benefits Great managers and leads Taking care of us Trying to be social and a full remote environment by having social zoom events A company that cares about where YOU want to be and how YOU want to grow Promoting from within

      Cons

      At times communication lags and we get to know things a little after they happened which may look unprofessional Things change all the time, which is expected in a start up, but at times its a lot at once
