Pros

Vida has been nothing short of an exciting place to work. The work we do is ever evolving, so keeps the day-to-day interesting and engaging. Vida has recruited top talent, so each of my coworkers is excellent at what they do, dependable, and intelligent. Work/life balance is highly valued and supported. Cannot say enough positive things about Vida.

Cons

Working remote can be tough to find that personal connection with co-workers at times, however, Vida does a ton to support remote life.

Excellent culture with fantastic coworkers. Competitive pay and benefits. The work is challenging and keeps me engaged. Work from home option and flexibility are a big plus.

Cons

This is a fast paced environment. I love it, but it's not for everyone.
