      Wide range of personal growth. Keeps the door open to new and innovative possibilities. Virtual work but so personable. Consistently evolving to make the product and providers efficient and productive.

      Below market pay, lack of transparency from executive team to clinical team, disconnect from those outside of your immediate team, constantly changing expectations, micromanagement.
