      Was a fairly ideal job at the onset. Individual leaders were competent and caring.

      Cons

      Rug pulled from underneath with zero insight or warning signs. Promised a few times gig’s were solid, only for the exact opposite to happen.

      Pros

      The team of dietitians, health coaches, therapists, and care navigators all care deeply about their clients/members and the work they do. It's a positive work environment in that respect. Fully remote work, but colleagues and supervisors are easily accessible and quite helpful.

      Cons

      Massive employment changes started in the summer of 2022 and have carried over into January 2023. The hourly pay rate they offer isn't unreasonable per se, but the way they micromanage every minute of your day and tell you what you are expected/encouraged to log on your timecard in order to meet certain efficiency standards is bordering on illegal. I wouldn't recommend working here if you are a skilled professional with other options.
