Pros

Good work environment, 100% remote company, strong communication between C-Suite and employees, growth potential.

Cons

Company is still trying to decide what they want to be when they grow up. They go all in on one direction, and then abandon it to go in a different direction. They will develop a program as much as necessary to get it live and on the market, but will not invest to make it the leading program in the market. A lot of what they offer is due to pressure from their competitors. If a competitor is doing something, then Vida needs to do it also.

Thanks for taking the time to post your thoughts, especially on company culture. Collaboration and respect for colleagues are pillars of the culture we’re all working to create at Vida. We’re happy to report that we’ve added a 401K plan. We also upgraded our healthcare benefits to “gold” and “platinum” insurance plans, and we now cover 100% of the cost of employees’ insurance.

Pros

Remote, shift is good, you get a laptop to use.

Cons

Besides getting a laptop you have to pay for everything else, and not be reimburse. Pay is Low compared to other similar companies,Management here is very bias and very condescending, they hate when you speak up for yourself, so they make you look like the problem. No clear direction with training on day one your given tons of information and need to know it all the following week, if not you will be told your not meeting expectations. Management here wants to see if fail especially if your a POC.
