Positive working environment with understanding supervisors and directors. A lot of opportunities to learn about the counseling profession through enriching work.

Cons

Pay is not the best.

Health Benefits are good.

Cons

You are overworked with little pay. They want clinicians to see 7-8 clients in a given day and expect you to conduct groups, answer emails, among other duties such as case management, etc. Sick time and vacation time is considered PTO. You receive 10 hours per month.
