      Pros

      The pay is reasonable; and there’s some flexibility in creating your schedule.

      Cons

      The company has a long way to go before adequately claiming it provides value-based care; closed-mindedness about healthcare strongly remains. They claim to be different in delivering healthcare, but that was not my experience. It is a narrow, disease-based approach to care.

      Senior leadership does not always act in the best interest of the employees only for what works best for them.
