      Pros

      Mission driven, flat organization, receptive to feedback. Cool tech stack and awesome leadership. Reward for impact. Engineers can make a material impact at every level. People care about the mission and changing health care. The Walgreens deal is huge for this company.

      Cons

      Some old school thinking (though is rapidly changing). Certain benefits need work such as mat leave. Missing the usual perks you would find in tech in favor of equality across the orgs and ultimately, the mission.
