People and Culture - The people are culture is important - leadership makes that an important point everyday as well as in the interview process. You do not necessarily need healthcare background for all the roles. Smart, mission driven people work here. Technology - The technology being developed is exciting, cutting edge technology using the best of open source. The problems are HARD. Building technology for physicians, care coordinators, operations at the true point where service is delivered. It takes execution, innovation and an innate ability to build awesome things. Speed - Things here move FAST. It is exciting, it is fun. There is never a dull moment in this growth oriented company. Industry - We are helping patients improve their quality of lives. How great is that?!?!?

Cons

This environment is not for everyone. It is fast, it is ambiguous, you will wear many hats - it is a start-up feel! You work in a highly decentralized model where the ops and physicians are at the physician location while most technology is centralized. While this is exciting for some, it is not for everyone.
