Cons

The care coordination supervisor expected employees to handle an unreasonable caseload with little support. Calls and paperwork piled up endlessly, and any request for help was dismissed. The pressure was overwhelming, and burnout was inevitable.

The paid time off and remote work setup are the only pros here.

Cons

Employees of VillageMD are mostly overworked due to the lack of staff. Staff members are too few compared to the number of patients that we have to deal with daily. But sadly, the leadership does not care. We've been understaffed for a long time already, but our leaders are too greedy to hire more people.
