Strong benefits and good PTO. Salaries are fair at some levels.

Cons

Poor executive/C-suite, decisions at that level has led to a financial crisis. Physicians and midlevel providers are being eliminated. This is virtually unheard of, the early COVID months maybe the exception. An “old boys” club mentality and approach. Women, BIPOC, and other marginalized groups have limited representation and limited growth opportunities. Discrimination in blatant throughout.

-My onboarding was essentially non-existent aside from the few canned company wide zooms and trainings. There was no onboarding support specific to my function from my manager -culture lacked any sense of true collaboration, and focus on growth or support of its employees -leaders & managers just expect work & results done without any regard to resources available -c-suite leaders butt heads on strategy and this creates consistently changing priorities and direction of the company & that trickles down to the work experience of employees
