Exhausting and stressful

Pros

Pay is decent, but not enough for the amount of work we have to do.

Cons

Working here is incredibly stressful. I constantly had to deal with unruly patients, heavy workloads and long hours. Management doesn't give employees any support at all, and is only there to boss you around, yell at you for making mistakes, etc. They don't even bother acknowledging you for doing a good job.
