Some coworkers were supportive and understanding.

Cons

The boss was self-centered and completely egocentric, ignoring any input that didn't align with their irrelevant opinions. It felt like ideas and efforts were dismissed simply to feed their ego. The environment was draining because everything had to revolve around their perspective, no matter how out of touch it was. It seemed like the team's value was based solely on making the boss look good rather than achieving real results.

Cons

The leadership of VillageMD is horrible! It is incompetent, demanding, and unreasonable. And that should certainly discourage you from working here. Our managers are lazy and inexperienced, but they expect perfection from the employees. I'm only a medical assistant, but they expect me to know everything already.
