      Pros

      There is almost nothing positive to take away from working here. Avoid wasting your time with VillageMD.

      Cons

      The work is unbearably stressful, and the pressure never lets up. Employees are pushed to the edge and never recognized for their efforts. The culture rewards exhaustion, glorifies long hours, and treats burnout as normal.

      Pros

      The only upside was realizing how bad it was and getting out before it drained me completely.

      Cons

      The workplace is toxic and rotten with favoritism. Friends and relatives are promoted regardless of skill, while real effort and dedication are completely ignored. Every sacrifice and ounce of hard work is dismissed, leaving you frustrated and demoralized. Avoid this place before it consumes your energy and spirit.
