There is a lot to learn, and the certification can be a small silver lining for future opportunities.

Cons

Long hours and endless overtime are the norm. You are expected to work from the moment the doors open until the last patient leaves, with no relief. The role is far more grueling than anything you could anticipate. Most employees burn out quickly and leave before ever finding their footing.

You're supposed to write positive things here, but I would like to keep it blank. As they want me to write a few words, I can just say this- AVOID!

Cons

The work ambiance was terribly toxic. It was full of some lazy employees who pushed their work on others and asked them to handle brutal and exhausting workloads. It created a horrible imbalance and turned people hostile.
