Great company to work for.

Pros

Great benefit package! This was the best health insurance I had through a succession of mergers and acquisitions. I worked with a great team and found management to be very supportive. I mostly telecommuted but when I was on-site, it seemed like a nice facility.

Cons

Wasn't there long before Virage Logic was acquired by Synopsys, so I didn't have much time to get to know the company culture well before it changed.

- good technical team - supportive senior who always wiling to share knowledge and help ramping up juniors - relaxed timings -

- poor management - low salaries compared to industry - very rigid and focused approach to technical training
