Pros
Salary was not very bad. Insurance was average. Relationships between the co-workers was normal. Some additional benefits like loan. Everything was better first years: Company sponsored holiday trips, often business trips, atmosphere, appreciation, etc.,
Cons
While the company was growing the quality of products, workers, atmosphere etc. was constantly failing down. The worst and the cause of everything was management. Best employees, who created products were going, those who were completely unable to work, only intrigues and brown-nosing were getting promotions.
