-Not a muffin more like a mushroom in terms of management to employee ratio. So many people in high level positions that don't make any decisions -Revolving door of layoffs, forced termination, people leaving for better pay, conditions, location, etc.. This leads to huge gaps in knowledge, set backs, unsafe conditions, and morale degradation -Upper level 'good ol boy' club makes new company policy changes on a daily via email and informal all hands without putting anything into writing in the policy documents. -Budget improperly allocated to outreach programs, unnecessary and expensive offices in California for upper execs, and overpaid contractor services that don't provide adequate experience for the vehicles. More money should go into employee retention, ship maintenance and manufacturing. -Lower level leadership poorly trained resulting in unsatisfactory team performance, inefficient work ethics, poor communication, and frightenly unsafe calls for the vehicles, materials and handling, and GSE equipment. -Company no longer follows original Virgin Values. Has turned into an extension of a Disney theme park versus a tool to educate. -Lack of documentation on the vehicles makes it near impossible for Engineers to design adequate modifications. Almost 80% of labor dedicated to constant meetings that go nowhere. -Know that you're just a number, and then it's not the worst place to be. -Company forces minorities in the spotlight to show they are 'diverse' and 'inclusive'.

Upper management (below the CEO) is extremely inexperienced with how to run a business and care for people it seems to be a good old boys club. When there is a management shakeup it seems like its all the same people but with different titles so the same problems keep occurring. VG is incredibly micromanaged, and the bureaucracy rivals some government organizations. The employees were sold a spacex culture, but were actually given a bureaucratic disaster which rivals "Office Space" or the California DMV customer service. Nonpaid overtime for engineers (and quite a bit of OT is expected).
