I will have accomplished more in 5 years than most do in a lifetime. I work with some of the smartest rocket scientist in the USA. excellent health benefits, happy hours hosted by the company every other Friday.

Cons

HR is overloaded and can't bring in the talent we need fast enough. we are needing to grow faster than we can hire so the current staff are working hard to keep up.

Pros

Great group of people working on some pretty tough issues. No one said getting to space was easy. When I was employed there was a big push for process improvement.

Cons

The system I relied on often hindered work flow and make getting things done tough. That said I could tell management was aware and working on making it better.

Great learning experience with a real opportunity for career growth and the ability to make a direct impact on a life changing program and product. Getting to work with a super smart team who are all passionate about the goals of commercial spaceflight and what the company is aiming to achieve. A really rewarding work environment that benefits highly motivated people. Don't work here if you just want a paycheck.

Cons

Can be difficult to get decisions made, priorities can change. Everything is a fast pace so have to be prepared for that. Location takes a bit of getting used to.
