- Team of managers and personnel who truly care about everyone's well-being - A "high trust" team, great mutual respect. Healthy work environment. - Highly skilled individuals that willingly come here from the best places in the industry - Respect for individual's private time - i.e., overtime when it's needed for the good of the mission but generally this employer doesn't rule your life (except that the mission is so fun and meaningful that many people choose to get very involved and contribute from a personal level) - Good training opportunities/willingness and budget to send folks to get training on key topics if the desire to learn is there -High "team spirit" - yoga before work, a running club, family activities throughout the year, and a ROCKIN' holiday party in Virgin spirit -Famous guest speakers make regular appearances at our "lunch n learns" -All of the perks of working for a "Virgin" company

Cons

This is a relatively unstructured environment. If you love the definition and firm rules of big industry (i.e. traditional aerospace in which every little process is rigorously pre-defined) then this may not be a good fit for you. If you thrive on independence and "getting the task done" in the most efficient, least process-heavy way, then you'll love it here.
