I don’t even know where to start. This place is somewhat if a dumpster fire. So many health code violations in the food and bev outlets. They hire people who don’t care about food safety and cleanliness. We were not always allowed our regular government mandated breaks. Management was/were aware of the horrible sexual harassment culture and didn’t do anything or report it higher and allowed it to continue and harm other employees. There is 0 respect for personal life or work life balance- they will regularly contact outside of work hours asking to come in on days off or expect you to come to frequent mandatory meetings even if it’s m your only day off. They regularly have people working 6+ days in a row. There is no adherence to the scheduled hours and you rarely get to leave on time. On top of that they can make it hard for you to get time off or a day off even if it’s an emergency. This place cannot hold on to front of house workers because the management is a mess. They don’t respect their workers and overall mismanage their staff and resources and blame it the staff. They try to cover up how much if a mess it is by doing random staff recognition and handing out candy or pizza parties but in reality it’s all just to hide how much of a disaster this place is under the surface.
