Working here is like putting lipstick on a pig. You can dress it up but it is still a pig. The department managers are forever changing when the executives should be changed. There is a lack of consistency in the day-to-day operations. This property is always short staffed and the loyal staff is overwhelmed, overworked, and UNDER-appreciated. The staff is constantly told that there is no money to buy everyday office supplies. This property creates unnecessary frustrations and stress with inconsistent communication. Expectations change with very short notice or without notice. There is no clear guidance or follow-through. Leadership feels very disconnected by taking a reactive not proactive approach solving issues and it feels like leadership is working against the staff.
