Management is clueless Not much support in the workplace when you're a new hire. I was hired on and went through the intensive training they had (they give you two sheets of training modules foryou to complete and check off as you go) once i was done with training and officially working on my role, I was often tossed to the side and would at times beg to get work because i wasn't sure what to do because no one was telling me what to do. The culture is very dog eat dog. Not healthy and very toxic. Management is also very rude and condescending
