CEO is a racist and the company says they are for minorities and undeserved community's however when the rubber meets the road they are not . I was terminated because I met at the governor's mansion to discuss the development in the undeserved community I work with and the CEO was very upset with that and said I was threat . As a black woman I know what that means . I had a stellar record with them and never had any write up etc and was even offered a position to better serve the community and was terminated because he felt I was a threat. Make it make sense

The pay is good. Great health benefits.

Cons

I like my branch but some branches have a very toxic work environment. Usually due to poor management. Branches stay open til 6. Not very good work life balance sometimes. There are lending and account goals to meet, and more goals when you do loans. And your individual rating is graded upon meeting those goals.
