Good colleagues. Conscientious people. Interesting product.

Cons

Salaried turnover was incredibly high. The answer to every problem was that people were not working hard enough or long enough hours. President was a classic micro-manager. Very little trust up or down the chain. People considered expendible.

The company provides onsite exposure and gives you plenty of opportunities. Its a good place to work until you are not married

Cons

The salary benefit and the reward for good work is not at all good. The sex ratio is horrible.
